Ashley Pinkeney

Ashley Pinkeney, LMFT, currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at AthenaPsych and is the Owner and Founder of Hummingbird Marriage and Family Therapy, PLLC. With extensive experience in clinical settings, Ashley previously worked as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at RobinsPsych and as a Primary Therapist at The Healing Connection, Inc., focusing on eating disorders and mental health therapy. Additionally, Ashley contributes to the community as a Board Member for Dreams from Drake, supporting children and teens coping with loss. An accomplished author and educator, Ashley has taught at Nazareth College and has provided bereavement support at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Ashley holds an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and a BA from St. John Fisher University.
