Caroline Lornudd

Caroline Lornudd is a seasoned expert in leadership, organizational behavior, and workplace environment with extensive experience in both academia and practical applications. Currently serving as an entrepreneur specializing in leadership and organizational development, as well as the program manager for the Executive Master of Leadership & Management at Chefakademin, Caroline has held numerous positions including affiliated researcher at Mälardalen University and lecturer with Athenas Talare Sverige. Caroline's previous roles include serving as an expert in sustainable workplaces for Partsrådet in collaboration with EY, and significant research positions at Karolinska Institutet, where focus areas included occupational health and safety and psychological well-being in leadership. Caroline holds a Ph.D. in Medical Management from Karolinska Institutet and a Master of Science in Psychology from Stockholm University.
