Adriana Royal is an experienced professional in the fields of strategy and innovation, currently serving as the VP of Strategy & Innovation at Athene. Previously, Adriana held the position of Head of Life & Retirement Products and Solutions at Unqork, and served as an InsurTech Discovery Advisor at InsurTech NY. Additionally, Adriana provided expertise as a Customer Experience & UX Advisor at Finch and led Customer Experience initiatives at AIG as the Head of Customer Experience for Blackboard Insurance.
