Caitlin Gordon

Caitlin Gordon possesses extensive experience in the reinsurance and alternative asset management sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President for Reinsurance Business Development at Athene since December 2020, Caitlin has previously held roles such as Director of Client Management & Marketing at Athene and ILS Associate at Hiscox Re Insurance Linked Strategies Ltd., where responsibilities included business development and investor relations. Earlier experience includes a Reinsurance Associate position at Athene, where market research and support for marketing and pricing teams were key functions. Additional professional exposure includes consultancy for the Bermuda Red Cross, an internship at the Bermuda Cabinet Office, and participation in a prestigious summer internship program with ACE, HSBC, and Deloitte. Caitlin holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and European Politics from the University of Bath and an undergraduate degree in Government and Law and History from Lafayette College.
