Dr. Julie Ressler

Dr. Julie Ressler currently serves as AVP Training at Athene, a position held since November 2016, and has previously held various roles at Nationwide Insurance including Training Design and Development Manager from January 2009 to November 2016. Dr. Ressler also contributed as a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Central Iowa in late 2013, focusing on fundraising efforts. Earlier experience includes working as a Training Consultant at Tero International, Inc. and Director of Employee Development and Communications at Principal Financial Group. Academically, Dr. Ressler is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Drake University, with prior degrees from the same institution and Iowa State University.
