Cathy Gray

Cathy Gray has over a decade of experience in training and development, currently serving as AVP of Training and Development at Lincoln Financial Group since August 2011, after advancing from the role of Senior Training Consultant at the Center for Sales Development. Prior to her current position, Cathy held the role of Branch Manager at William Penn Bank from July 2010 to August 2011 and worked at Lincoln Financial Group in various capacities from June 2003 to 2010, including Internal Sales Consultant and Web Developer E-Marketing. Cathy is certified with Series 7, Series 65, and PA Life and Health licenses, and has an academic background in finance with a BBA obtained from Temple University between 2001 and 2003.
