Jayson Anderson

Jayson Anderson is currently the AVP of Sales Enablement at Athene, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jayson served as the Manager of Sales Training & Development at Pella Corporation from March 2020 to February 2023. His extensive career also includes serving as the Director of Sales Development and Training at Principal Financial Group for over two decades, from 1998 to March 2020. Jayson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Northern Iowa, obtained from 1994 to 1998.
