Lucas Barnes

Lucas Barnes serves as the AVP of Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations at NFP, an Aon company, since October 2021, building on a background that includes a role as an Associate in the same department. Additionally, Lucas is a Co-Founder of LAST20, where the innovative venture focuses on upcycling plastic into pavement, notably completing a pioneering project in Ontario and collaborating with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals on a unique initiative in Westchester, New York. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Analyst at Masters Insurance | Financial from July 2018 to October 2021. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
