Lesia Nikolaieva is an experienced leader in sales enablement with over a decade at GlobalLogic, where currently serves as Director of Sales Enablement, managing a global team that enhances digital engineering services sales across various industries including healthcare, automotive, and financial services. Prior to this role, Lesia held positions at Scorto as Business Development Manager, driving global sales for credit risk management solutions, and at QArea, where leadership as Head of Marketing Department contributed to business growth. Lesia holds a Master's in Business Administration from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and a Master's in Economics from the National Academy of Public Administration office of the President of Ukraine.
