Maddi Flores

Maddi Flores has worked at several companies throughout their career. Maddi started in 2017 as a Front Desk Receptionist at Del Grande Dealer Group, where they worked until September 2019. In 2021, they joined EPM Scientific as a Recruiter and stayed there until May 2022. From May to October 2022, they worked at Slack as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, specifically handling layoffs. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Generalist at Atheneum, starting in January 2023.

Maddi Flores completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication at UC Santa Barbara from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Communication, General from West Valley College, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Maddi has also obtained several certifications, including Conflict Resolution Foundations, Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems, and Using Gender Inclusive Language, all from LinkedIn, in January 2023.
