Melina Tsiliou

Melina Tsiliou is an HR Business Partner specializing in Supply Chain at ATHENIAN BREWERY S.A. since September 2025. Melina serves as President and a member of the Board for the HR Society (HR Alumni Association of AUEB) and also contributes as Secretary on the Board. Melina runs Leilani's Spirit, a creative venture focused on crafting soy wax candles and handmade gifts. Prior experience includes roles at Euronet Worldwide as a Human Resources Coordinator, where Melina managed onboarding and HR systems, and at Kafea Terra as a Sales Secretary. Melina's earlier work spans various positions including Human Resources Intern, Barista, and Sales Intern, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and advanced studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
