Jack Elkins

Jack Elkins has over 30 years of work experience, starting in the United States Air Force where they held various military positions from 1990 to 2000. Jack went on to work as a Superintendent and Tech Lead in Network Management, Information Protection Operations, and Network Administration at the 9th Communications Squadron from 2000 to 2004. Jack then joined the 15th Communications Squadron as the Client Services Branch Chief and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Network Administration from 2004 to 2007. Jack later became the Program Manager for Network Operations Transformation at Headquarters Pacific Air Forces from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, Jack worked as the Squadron Superintendent, Plans and Resources Flight Chief, and Operations Flight Chief at the 22d Communications Squadron. Jack then served as the Human Resources Manager/Security Manager and Executive Assistant to the Principal Deputy Director at the Joint Staff Directorate for Strategic Plans and Policy (J5) in 2012. From 2014 to 2019, Jack worked as a Cybersecurity Test Engineer/Penetration Tester at AT&T Global Business - Public Sector Solutions. Jack also had a brief role as a Cyber Weapons and Tactics Analyst at Inflow NS in 2019. Jack then joined MOSAIC Technologies Group in 2019, where they served as the Director of Joint Base San Antonio Operations and the Cyber Weapons and Tactics Analyst/TRIPLECROWN Site Lead. Jack'smost recent position is as the Director of Joint Base San Antonio Operations at Athenix Solutions Group, starting in 2022.

Jack Elkins obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Systems Management from the Community College of the Air Force from 1990 to 1995. Jack then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Security from American Sentinel University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council in November 2015 and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in October 2014.
