Sarah Gilbert

Sarah Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in alumni and parent engagement, event coordination, and office management. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Alumni & Parent Engagement at Athens Academy since August 2021, Sarah previously held roles such as Administrative Assistant/Special Events Coordinator at the University of North Georgia and Chamber Manager at the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce. Sarah began the career in the fashion industry as a Manager/Buyer at Prom World Mega Store and later transitioned to roles including Showroom Manager/Office Manager at Larry Lucas Inc. and Office Help at Wow Prom. Education includes two degrees from The University of Georgia: a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences.
