Sachin Jain is an accomplished entrepreneur and policy advisor with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and education. As the CEO and Founder of Athens Debate since May 2017, Sachin built one of the largest debate and public speaking companies in the nation, focusing on teaching these skills to students at various educational levels. Prior to founding Athens Debate, Sachin held influential roles, including Technology & Innovation Policy Advisor for the Office of San Jose Mayor from July 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included leveraging technology for social good and managing high-profile projects. Sachin's career also includes positions with the University of California, Governor Jerry Brown's Office, and several educational organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to policy research and legislative strategy development. Sachin holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from the same institution.

Athens Debate
Athens Debate teaches public speaking, debate, and next-level critical thinking. Through speech and debate, we teach students to become strong thinkers, confident speakers, and inquisitive learners so that they can unlock their full potential to become the leaders of tomorrow. The Athens approach focuses on content mastery, teaching a holistic curriculum, and inspiring students to believe in their brilliance. We don't teach students what to think, we teach students how to think. Through Athens, students develop a toolkit to problem-solve any issue and a confidence to express their views in the journey that awaits them.
