Joseph Chandler, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Athens State University, specializing in behavioral neuroscience related to human performance in extreme environments, including the effects of sleep loss and hate crimes against LGBTQ individuals. As Vice President and Co-Founder of The Ava Grace Foundation, Joseph advances research on Uniparental Disomy of the 14th Chromosome.
