Constantinos Tsapis

Constantinos Tsapis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people analytics. Currently serving as a Founding Member at the Society for People Analytics and as Head of Compensation, Benefits & People Analytics at Intrakat_Official, Constantinos also holds a position as a Teaching Fellow at Athens University of Economics and Business, where the course People Analytics is taught at the MSc level. Previously, leadership roles included Human Resources Director at Barking Well Media and Head of Rewards, People Analytics & HR Operations at Nova. Constantinos's career began at PwC, progressing from Associate to Manager in the Human Capital sector. Other contributions include serving as a Master Sergeant in the Hellenic Army and volunteering for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic & Paralympic Games 2012. Academic credentials include an MSc from The London School of Economics and a BSc from Athens University of Economics and Business.
