Nischay Khanna

Nischay Khanna is an accomplished professional in electronics sourcing and supplier quality engineering, currently serving as an Associate Manager at Ather Energy since September 2025. Previously, Nischay held the role of Assistant Manager in Strategic Sourcing at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where significant contributions included sourcing a BLE-based vehicle access system for Swaraj tractors. Nischay's earlier experience at Stellantis involved completing two Six Sigma projects and implementing lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency. With a solid foundation in technical writing and content development from roles at various organizations, Nischay also possesses a Micromasters in ML/AI/Datascience from MITx and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
