Ravina Timms is an experienced talent partner currently working at Ather Energy since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ravina served as a freelance consultant at Guardian Bank and held managerial and HR positions at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, beginning as an HR intern and progressing to Manager - Human Resources from May 2019 to July 2021. Ravina's early experiences include an HR internship at Colgate-Palmolive and a managerial role at Power To Lead.
