Rushabh Nadkar

Rushabh Nadkar is a Senior Engineer in BMS R&D at ElectraEV since January 2023, focusing on high-voltage battery management systems, including EMI/EMC validation, hardware and firmware debugging, and GUI development using MATLAB GUIDE. Previously, Rushabh served as a BMS Hardware Engineer at RENON INDIA PVT. LTD., where significant contributions included the development of a custom PCB busbar for a 48V battery pack. Earlier experience includes roles at igrenEnergi as a Firmware Validation Engineer, where hardware and firmware validation was conducted, and as a Development Embedded Engineer at Invotech, focusing on calibration for industrial standards. A graduate of the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Rushabh also gained experience through internships in various organizations, covering electric vehicle training and electronics hardware.
