Shailesh Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and operations within the automotive and electric vehicle sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering & Vehicle Integration at Ather Energy since July 2024, Shailesh previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations & Business Excellence at Simple Energy, a notable electric vehicle startup. Other significant roles include Chief of Manufacturing & Operations at Ampere Electric Vehicles, Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., and various leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included global digital manufacturing engineering and product quality management.
