Swayam Ray has extensive experience in program management and business strategy, currently serving as the Lead Business PMO for Strategy & Ops at Ather Energy since December 2020. In this role, Swayam Ray collaborates closely with senior leadership to drive business objectives across multiple cross-functional teams. Prior to Ather Energy, Swayam Ray held various program management positions at Ola Electric, focusing on the CEO's office, charging networks, and go-to-market strategies, contributing to the vision of a million electric vehicles on the road. Earlier roles include positions at Advanced Structures India, KFC UK & Ireland, Shell, Tata Technologies, and internships at prestigious companies such as Tata Motors and the University of Applied Sciences Merseburg. Swayam Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University.
