Joe Ferrari

Joe Ferrari is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Athletes First since October 2021, where responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating sponsorship and endorsement deals for current and retired NFL players and advising on collegiate name, image, and likeness issues. Prior to this role, Joe worked as Associate Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from April 2017 to October 2021, focusing on M&A transactions and private equity for high-profile clients. Joe holds a Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Investments from Santa Clara University, as well as a dual B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Arizona.
