Kyle McCarthy is a seasoned professional in the field of sports management, currently serving as a Partner at Athletes First since February 2015, specializing as an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Coaching Agent. Prior to this role, McCarthy held multiple positions at the University of Notre Dame, including Director of Football and Executive Director of Coaching, following a tenure as a Graduate Assistant Football Coach. McCarthy's experience as a professional athlete includes playing as a Defensive Back for teams such as the Oakland Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs, and Denver Broncos. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
