Megan Douty

Megan Douty is a highly accomplished professional athlete and co-owner of All Lax LLC, providing training and development opportunities for female lacrosse athletes. Currently, Douty competes as a professional athlete with Athletes Unlimited and the Women's Professional Lacrosse League, where notable achievements include being the 5th overall pick. As a member of the USA Women’s National Lacrosse Team, Douty contributed to the 2017 World Championship victories and earned recognition on the All World Team. A former professional lacrosse trainer, Douty honed skills in coaching young athletes and was previously a speed and agility specialist with Lacrosse Fit. Douty holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland, where achievements included two National Championships and multiple All-American honors.
