Christina Rinaldi Sanchez, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. From 2022 to present, they have been the Human Resources Manager at Athletic Brewing Co. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Director of Human Resources at ReFocus Eye Health, where they were responsible for creating formal HR structures and processes from the ground up. From 2017 to 2021, they were the HR Business Partner at Trinity Health Of New England, where they were primarily responsible for employee relations and strategy. From 2015 to 2017, they were the HR Specialist/Practice Manager at West Avenue Dental, where they created a formal, patient-centric training program for all staff members and was responsible for both administrative and clinical talent acquisition.

Christina Rinaldi Sanchez, SHRM-CP obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Sacred Heart University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. In 2019, they obtained their Green Belt Certification (GB) from Gemba Academy LLC and their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
