Kevin Henschel has over five years of professional experience in the brewing and laboratory management industries. In 2019, they began working at Athletic Brewing Company as the Director of Brewing, Brewery Manager, and Regulatory Lead and Brewer. Prior to that, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2016 to 2019 as a Process Engineer and Group Manager - Brewing, where they were responsible for production foreman covering the Finishing Department and processing and releasing filtered beer to packaging. From 2015 to 2016, Kevin was the Laboratory Manager at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where they managed a lab that focused on sexually transmitted infections and hormonal modulation of the immune system. In 2014, they worked as a Harvest Intern at Lemelson Vineyards.
Kevin Henschel attended The Ohio State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Food Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field. In 2020, they began attending altMBA, where they are currently enrolled in Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops.
