Deborah Haines

Deborah Haines is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in senior management roles across various prestigious hotel groups. Currently serving as Senior Director Operations for the South East Asia Pacific region at Radisson Hotel Group since June 2023, Deborah previously held the position of Area General Manager at La Vie Hotels & Resorts, overseeing properties in Sri Lanka from March 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Cluster General Manager at Silk Road Samarkand, Area General Manager for Eastern Thailand at ONYX Hospitality Group, and General Manager at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok. Notably, during a tenure at Radisson Hotel Group from 2012 to 2017, Deborah earned the title of General Manager of the Year in 2012 and was recognized with the accolade of General Manager at Radisson Blu, which was voted Expedia Worldwide Hotel of the Year in 2009. Deborah's leadership has consistently been recognized, earning accolades such as Hotel of the Year in 2006 for Park Inn by Radisson.
