Brian Kearney

Brian Kearney is a seasoned marketing professional with a robust background in driving growth and brand development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Growth for Europe at AG1 since September 2025, Brian previously held key roles at WHOOP, including Senior Director of International Marketing and Global Director of Marketing, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategies and global commercial growth. Brian founded ROVE, a venture capital-backed travel technology company, and served as Head of Digital at Fitbit, managing eCommerce growth across Europe, the Middle-East, and Africa. Early career experiences include digital marketing management positions at Three Ireland and O2 (Telefónica UK), as well as marketing roles at Raglan Capital and Ubecha.com. Brian's academic credentials include an MBS in Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a degree from the University of Galway.
