Crystal Heise

Crystal Heise serves as the Senior Director of Talent Development & HR Operations at Athletic Greens since July 2019, where responsibilities include developing talent development resources, leading performance management training, and creating comprehensive onboarding experiences. Additionally, Crystal held the position of Head of Product Safety & Development, overseeing product testing frameworks and ensuring compliance with various global regulatory standards. Previous experience includes operations management consulting for multiple brands, business coordination for surgical services at Samaritan Medical Center, and roles in production control and supply chain analysis at Target and Johnson and Johnson Consumer Product Company. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Technology Management from Clarkson University.
