Dr. Christoph Mickel

Dr. Christoph Mickel has a diverse work experience. Dr. Christoph started their career as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt in April 2006 and worked in various roles as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft and Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter until June 2013. In April 2009, they became a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at the same institution and worked until March 2010. From July 2014 to February 2019, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (Postdoktorand) at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt. Additionally, from September 2016 to August 2018, they served as a Research Fellow at Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - German Research Foundation. Lastly, they co-founded Athlyzer in July 2017 and held the position of CBDO & Co-Founder until February 2019. Currently, they hold the position of CEO at Athlyzer since February 2019.

Dr. Christoph Mickel pursued their education at the Goethe University Frankfurt, where they obtained a Magister degree from 2003 to 2009. During this time, they studied Sportwissenschaften, Sportmedizin, Politologie, and BWL. Dr. Christoph further enhanced their academic qualifications by earning a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Sports Sciences from the same university, completing their doctoral studies from 2010 to 2014.
