Olivier Garçon

Olivier Garçon has extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently at Athora since July 2019, Olivier is involved in the calculation and validation of Solvency 2 Capital Requirements, projecting strategic SCR figures, and writing the annual ORSA report. Prior to this position, Olivier worked at Generali from March 2016 to June 2019, focusing on the Own Risk & Solvency Assessment to provide a comprehensive risk overview to top management. Experience at Nationale-Nederlanden from October 2012 to February 2016 included producing integrated risk reports for the Executive Board and analyzing the risk profile, while early career roles at ING involved project leadership and project management oversight for IT risk compliance. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, earned in 2010.
