Paul Brinker

Paul Brinker has an extensive work experience in the field of actuarial work. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Actuary at Athora Netherlands since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Prudential plc as the Head of Actuarial Reporting from July 2018 to October 2022 and as the Group Lead Actuarial Function from August 2011 to July 2018.

Before joining Prudential, they held various roles at ING Nederland. Paul served as the Manager of Finance Actuarial - Group Finance Insurance from April 2007 to August 2011 and as the Principal Actuary at Corporate Insurance Risk Management from April 2003 to March 2007.

During their career, they also worked as a Consulting Actuary - Asia Pacific at Willis Towers Watson from November 2001 to December 2002. Prior to that, they held positions at ING Nederland, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer at ING Life Japan from April 2001 to November 2001 and as a Senior Actuary in the ING Asia/Pacific region from August 1999 to March 2001.
