Amanda Skov

Amanda Skov has over two decades of work experience. Amanda started their career as an Associate at K&L Gates LLP in 1997. Amanda then joined Allegheny Energy, Inc. in 2004 as an Assistant General Counsel, where they were responsible for securities, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters. After leaving Allegheny Energy, they worked at EDMC as a Vice President, Securities Counsel from 2011 to 2013. Amanda then joined General Nutrition Centers, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel, Securities from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are working at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, holding the positions of Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Securities, and Assistant Secretary from 2016 to 2021, and later transitioning to the role of Vice President and Corporate Secretary from October 2021.

Amanda Skov earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Plan II (Honors Liberal Arts) from The University of Texas at Austin in 1994. Amanda then went on to complete their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School between 1994 and 1997.
