Carl Garner

Carl Garner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, safety, and management. Currently serving as a Safety & Training Specialist at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since April 2022, Carl previously spent over two decades as a Business & Technology Teacher at Salem Keizer Public Schools, where virtual classes were effectively delivered to a diverse student body. Carl's earlier roles include Marketing Director and Business Manager at Sign Enhancers, Inc., where nationwide marketing campaigns significantly boosted sales, and State Coordinator for the Oregon Disabilities Commission, overseeing a statewide program for deaf and hearing-impaired services. Carl holds a Master of Education in Business & Technology Education from Oregon State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Linfield University, and a certificate in Mid-management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
