Kevin Severs

Kevin Severs has extensive experience in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Technology at ATI since July 2012, where a progression of roles includes positions such as Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer II in Technology and R&D. Previously, Kevin held the role of Graduate Research Assistant at Ames Laboratory from May 2010 to July 2012, contributing to research on high-temperature oxidatively stable structural alloys and acting as a Safety Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a Materials Lab Internship at Sauer-Danfoss, focusing on failure analysis and quality control. Kevin holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Iowa State University, with additional education at Brunel University of London.
