Vaishali Bhatia

Vaishali Bhatia currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at ATI, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Vaishali held multiple executive roles at HF Sinclair from March 2022 to March 2024, and at Holly Energy Partners, L.P. from October 2011 to March 2024, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Vaishali's earlier experience includes a tenure at Jones Day as an Associate, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Vaishali holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
