Victoria Kubert

Victoria Kubert has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Victoria most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at ATI, starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they served on the Board of Directors at Beyond Vision 501(c)3.

Victoria also has their own consulting firm, VK Consulting LLC, where they provide human resources advice and counsel to global and US domestic clients. Victoria is known for their transformative and globally astute leadership, designing and executing strategic plans that align with business objectives while addressing talent market challenges.

Before starting their consulting firm, Victoria held several senior HR positions. Victoria was the Senior Human Resources Director for America Supply Chain at McCormick & Company, overseeing HR operations across 15 locations with 6,500 employees. Victoria also served as the Vice President of Employee Experience at REV Group, Inc., where they centralized payroll and HR technology for the company's 8,500 employees.

Earlier in their career, Victoria worked as the Global Director of HR at Rockwell Automation, providing strategic support to the integrated supply chain and overseeing a large team. Victoria also served as the Global Director of the Global Business Support Center at Weatherford, where they managed HR shared services across multiple regions.

Victoria has a strong track record of driving employee engagement, cultural change, and operational efficiency in various HR leadership roles.

Victoria Kubert completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations & Government from The University of Queensland in 1999.
