Kelly Ehrhart

Kelly (King) Ehrhart is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HR technology. Currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards & HR Technology at ATI Physical Therapy, prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Total Rewards, along with significant positions in compensation and benefits at National Express LLC, Coriant, Inc., Hillshire Brands, and Tellabs. Kelly holds an MBA in Human Resources from Aurora University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Benedictine University.
