Sonal Shrivastava

Sonal Shrivastava has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR at Atidiv since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR activities for approximately 370 employees, covering areas such as background checks, associate relations, and exit interviews. Prior to this role, Sonal worked as an HR Associate at ADP from February to August 2014, focusing on end-to-end recruitment services for IT sector clients, and as an Executive in Talent Acquisition at Covenant Consultants from July 2012 to December 2013, specializing in IT recruitment. Educational qualifications include a BCA and an MBA in HR from Modern College, completed between 2010 and 2012, along with completion of 12th grade in commerce at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1990 to 2006.
