Brig Cheney

Brig Cheney is a partner in the Employment and Labor Group at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, where representation of employers encompasses all aspects of labor and employment law, including class action lawsuits, traditional labor law, and executive employment agreements. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Paul Hastings, handling similar employment law matters and offering preventative counseling. Brig Cheney has also worked as an attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on employment litigation, and gained experience as a summer associate at McCullough, Campbell & Lane LLP and Irell & Manella, where involvement included insurance and intellectual property litigation. Academic credentials consist of a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
