Deanna Solina

DeAnna Solina is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in education law and human resources. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo since August 2021, DeAnna specializes in areas such as hiring, discipline, investigations, labor and contract negotiations, training, and board advisory under the Brown Act. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at San Joaquin Delta College from December 2017 to August 2021, and various positions at the City of Stockton, CA, including Director of Human Resources and Deputy City Attorney from July 2005 to December 2017. DeAnna's legal career began as a Deputy District Attorney at the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office from June 2004 to July 2005. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of California, Davis, along with an Associate of Arts from San Joaquin Delta College.
