Eric Riss has over a decade of legal experience, currently serving as an Associate at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo since December 2014. Prior to this, Eric Riss held various law clerk positions, including at Elder Law & Advocacy, where responsibilities included interviewing clients, drafting legal memoranda, and presenting findings. Additional clerk roles involved research on inverse condemnation and conspiracy claims at MWD, as well as support for trial preparation in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Eric Riss began the legal career with a legal internship at the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office. Eric Riss earned a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Civil Litigation from the University of San Diego School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
