Jeff Hoskinson

Jeff Hoskinson is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in the representation of California public school districts, water districts, and other public agencies. Currently serving as a Partner at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo since January 2018, Jeff focuses on public works construction, land acquisition, surplus properties, contract negotiations, environmental review, litigation, and municipal matters. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Partner at Bowie, Arneson, Wiles & Giannone from September 2003 to December 2017, where similar specializations were practiced. Additionally, Jeff held the position of Board Secretary at Gruber Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2010 and served as a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice from 2000 to 2003. Jeff obtained a Juris Doctorate in Law from Southwestern Law School and a B.A. in Economics from UC Irvine.
