John H. Bakhit

John H. Bakhit is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities within the legal field. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo since December 2021, Bakhit previously held the position of Southern California Regional Managing Attorney at Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C. from October 2013 to December 2021. Prior to that, Bakhit operated the Law Offices of John H. Bakhit, APC from May 2008 to October 2013 and worked as an attorney at the Police Defense Law Firm from August 2006 to May 2008. Earlier in a law enforcement role, Bakhit served as a Police Officer with the Oakland Police Department from February 1997 to October 2003. Academically, Bakhit earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Santa Clara University School of Law (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Columbia College (1999-2002).
