Sara Young

Sara Young is an experienced legal professional and educator with a strong background in educational support and law. Currently serving as an Associate at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo since October 2018, Sara previously held the position of Executive Director - Student Support Services, Alternative Dispute Resolution/Compliance at Capistrano Unified School District from March 2013 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Harbottle Law Group, focusing on the legal needs of California school districts, and as a Special Education Teacher - Assistive Technology Consultant at Blue Valley School District. Sara holds a PhD in Education, as well as multiple degrees in education and law, obtained from prestigious institutions including UC Irvine, BYU Law School, and Vanderbilt University.
