Lucinda Rubio

Lucinda Rubio is an experienced estimator at Atkinson Construction since June 2022, with a prior role as webmaster for the American Society of Civil Engineers from August 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing social media and updating the organization’s website. Lucinda earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, in May 2023, following the completion of a High School Diploma from La Mirada High School in 2018.
