Kevin Patel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in underwriter roles, real estate, teaching, and research. Currently serving as a Condo Underwriter at Movement Mortgage since September 2017, Kevin specializes in approving various loan types for condo projects. Previously, positions included Realtor at Atkinson Realty and Real Estate Professional in self-employment. Kevin's teaching experience includes Biology, Physics, and Algebra at Atlantic Shores Christian School. A strong foundation in research was established through roles as a Research Associate II and III at Antex Biologics Inc and Human Genome Sciences, respectively. Educational achievements include a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, a Master's Degree in Biblical Interpretation from Regent University, and a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp.
