Linda Forehand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Realtor at Atkinson Realty since September 2015, Linda has also established a significant career at TowneBank as a Founding Director since 1999. Previous roles include Executive Director of the SURF Schellhammer Urological Research Foundation, Senior Associate Director of Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy, Director of Development for the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, and Director of Major Gifts at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Development at the Virginia Stage Company and Director of Marketing & Administration at a law firm. Linda began a career in public service as Chief of Staff to a State Senator from 1976 to 1984. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Old Dominion University, and is a 2004 graduate of the Civic Leadership Institute.
