Bethany Lynn Jesseph

Bethany Lynn Jesseph is an experienced project manager with a strong background in energy and construction management. Currently serving as Project Manager I at AtkinsRéalis since October 2024, Bethany oversees substation projects in collaboration with Avangrid and RG&E, ensuring alignment with industry standards throughout all phases of execution. Prior to this role, Bethany was Chief Operating Officer at MUZI Enterprises LLC and held the position of Commercial Project Manager II at GreenSpark Energy, managing ground-mounted solar systems in New York State. Additional experience includes project management roles at Radial Power LLC, PPG, Hakes Brothers, PulteGroup, and Lowe's Companies. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Sculpture and a secondary focus in Printmaking from Appalachian State University.
