David McNamara

David McNamara has extensive work experience in the project management and construction industry. David started their career in 1985 at Oxford Development Holdings LLC, where they worked as an Estimator and Project Manager for apartments and commercial projects. In 1989, they joined Hanscomb as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Project Director. David also held the role of Vice President at AtkinsRealis and Faithful+Gould, where they worked on various projects in the transportation sector. At Faithful+Gould, they were responsible for client support, new project setup, and controls implementation. David has also served as an Aviation Program Manager at HNTB. In their most recent role at AtkinsRéal is, David held the position of Vice President - Project & Program Services. Their areas of expertise include cost management, estimating, project controls, and risk management.

David McNamara has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Architecture from the University of Florida, which they obtained between 1980 and 1985. David also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, which they completed between 2007 and 2009.
